This “One & Done” compliance program, provided by the Mississippi Department of Revenue – Alcoholic Beverage Control (MDOR-ABC), fulfills the required three (3)-hour state training for new dispensary employees, who must also complete five (5) hours of on-site instruction and sign an attestation confirming completion of the full eight (8) hours—kept on file for ABC review.
